The Douglas-Fir Gin is a curious little number. Flavours of Grapefruit, Lemon, Pine, Citrus and Cut Grass. The flavour profile can change from batch to batch since all Douglas Fir trees are genetically unique, altering their taste profile tree to tree. The Douglas-Fir needles are locally hand foraged in and around the South Oxfordshire area.
