This 100% Grand Cru wine is a blend of mainly Pinot Noir with Chardonnay playing second fiddle. Rich and toasty it shows delicate flavours of blackcurrant, cookie dough, green apple and a crisp, citrusy element. 3 years maturation on lees before release. A pretty aperitif champagne with 9g/l sugar that drinks equally well with mushroom risotto or charcuterie. 12.5%
