A really fabulous tastealike Champagne made exactly the same way using a blend of Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc (yes a red grape) aged on the lees for 24 months giving quite a brioche body with a clean citrus edge and a light persistent mousse.  A superb £15 fizz.
