A premium blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. 100% barrel fermented and then aged for 8 months in 4-5 year old oak barrels. After rigorous taste tests, only the top 7 barrels were selected out of 180 available. Once bottled the wine spent 30 months on lees and a minimum of 6 months on cork before release.
Grown and made just 8 miles from our Overton store on prime Hampshire chalk downland in the Candover Valley.
