Today, the third generation, Vasiliki and Efthymios Apostolidis, runs the estate, combining a modern winery with a strong focus on the region’s terroir. Their vineyards are farmed biodynamically, with a particular emphasis on expressive Greek varieties and characterful, low-intervention wines.

The estate is particularly interesting for its work with lesser-known indigenous varieties, alongside more familiar grapes such as Agiorgitiko and Malagouzia, producing wines that are fresh, distinctive and very much rooted in northern Greece.

Agia Triada is a single vineyard planted in 2005.
