Lovely rich mouthfeel with spice, viscosity and superb length. The pale straw colour reflects the deeper skin pigment and carries just the tiniest tannins, making this an ideal food wine. Partners monk fish with ginger and lemongrass quite brilliantly. 13.5%

The fruit from this wine comes from two Moorooduc vineyards on the Mornington Peninsula – the Garden Vineyard and Osborn Vineyard.
