Elegant and delicate Pinot Noir from Otago. The nose is open and delivers a really sophisticated Pinot aroma, with chocolaty, sour cherry and soft spices leading onto a lively palate, quite fleshy very intense, soft and gentle but with a good texture and depth. The winery was named after a romantic landmark of the region and while many couples may have enjoyed the beautiful sight of the vineyards under that tree. We're sure the wine of the Wooing tree will be loved from the first until the very last drop of it.
