25 year old vines provide mature fruit along with an extended period of lees ageing gives oodles of character to this wine. An aromatic nose of peach, nectarine, pear and guava leads on to a full flavoured palate balanced up by a lemony, citrus streak. The majority of the wine was fermented in stainless steel with a proportion of barrel-fermented juice blended in at the end to add extra palate weight. 13.5%
