Part of the Pegasus Bay Reserve range the Bel Canto is a Riesling that keeps on giving. A small proportion of the blend are botrytised grapes which add a whole other level of complexity. There are flavours galore hear including, mango, honey, nectarine, lime, guava and orange blossom to name a few. The bright acidity balances the touch of sweetness to make this very, very enjoyable.
