One of Châteauneuf’s most highly regarded producers. The Sabon family can trace their roots in the area back to the 16th century. This Grenache dominated blend includes Syrah and Cinsault from vines at least 50 years old. Post fermentation and blending, the wine is matured in large 40hl foudres for 15 months.
