Old Chenin vines pruned and harvested by hand and fermented with wild yeasts. Plenty of lees contact though no new wood. Full of texture and character. Truly a wine for all occasions made by the funky Adi Badenhorst. Aromas and flavours of peaches, apples, honey, flint and orange blossom. A small proportion of the wine is fermented in oak adding to the silky texture of this wines. 13%
