Alentejo is not all about big bold red wine! Produced from a blend of Antão Vaz, Arinto, Perrum and Fernão Pires and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, the Dom Rafael white is all about fresh, fruity flavours of apple, melon, kiwi and a great lick of acidity on top. Great aperitif, great with fish and great with white meats. What's not to love?!
