Made from a relatively unheard-of grape called Bellone which was very popular back in the Roman times when there used to be vineyards after vineyards of this grape surrounding Rome, Lazio. Delicate note with white peach, jasmine and a touch of almond on the finish. Akin to the Cortese grape which produces wines such as Gavi. Have this alongside a smoked salmon or simply as an aperitif.
