100% Keratsuda - indigenous Bulgarian white grape variety native to Struma Valley with very limited vineyards. Often ignored but the team at Libera estate takes the challenge to show its full potential in a different and modern trendy style – as an Orange wine.

Fermentation with the grape skins for about 45 days, no oak ageing and no
filtration. 

Very fresh with pronounced tannins coming from the skin contact balanced with refreshing acidity. Medium bodied, intense and moreish, with flavours of pear and apricot.
