Château de Malle was built at the start of the 17th century and has remained in the same family ownership ever since. Usually a blend of 75% Semillon and 25% Sauvignon Blanc the wines of de Malle are fermented and left to mature in oak barrels for up to 2 years. Spice, peach and honey with occasional elements of almond. Light golden hue with very good legs in the glass. 14%
