A Dozen Oysters with Champagne and Chablis


Britain’s most knowledgeable ‘Oyster Man’, Tristan Hugh-Jones of Rossmore Oysters returns to co-host this popular event, our last before the first lockdown.  Guests will be treated to a dozen oysters from at least three locations around the UK under the tutelage of Tristan, while enjoying three different Champagnes from Drappier and three Chablis wines from Julien Brocard.  An indulgent and entertaining evening with our favourite man from the mollusc world and two of our most brilliant wine producers.
