The Xarellista is Mas Bertran’s newest expression of the emblematic Xarel-lo grape, crafted with precision and purity to highlight the variety’s mineral and saline character. Sourced from a single vineyard in the heart of Penedès and certified organic, the wine is made using spontaneous fermentation and aged on its lees for four months in stainless steel, ensuring freshness and texture without the influence of oak.

Tasting Note: Bright straw yellow in the glass, the nose reveals expressive aromas of ripe white fruit, fennel, and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is crisp, textural and well-balanced, with a clean citrus core, delicate salinity, and a hint of almond on the finish. Energetic and refined, this is Xarel·lo in its most authentic form.
