The 2016 Brut Vintage from Pol Roger Champagne is a traditional house blend, composed of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from 20 renowned Grands and Premiers crus vineyards in the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs.
A stunning wine that has been aged in the Pol Roger cellars, to perfection.
Tasting Note: Aromas of dried fruits, cocoa, almond, and coconut that lead display the wine's grace and complexity. On the palate, its tartness gives it a sturdy core that carries through the finish. The aromas of dried fruits remain, balanced by nuances of citrus, lemon, and bitter orange, that further underscore its still youthful state. Delicate notes of glazed fruits, especially candied orange peel, linger on the finish.
