Returns

In the unlikely event you have received a wine that is not what you ordered then please contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can fix it. If your wine has arrived broken then please contact us immediately. Call 01256 770397 or email wine@caviste.co.uk

Faulty Wines

Wine is a natural product and unfortunately sometimes bottles are not quite as good as we expect them to be. Please notify us within 90 days of purchase if you believe your wine to be faulty and we will endeavour to refund or exchange it. We cannot be responsible for wines developing faults if stored incorrectly after purchase. Mature wines over 10 years old are sold as seen and we cannot be responsible for any faults with the wine. If possible, please return any faulty bottles to one of our shops for analysis.
