These "home farm" vineyards, have been managed organically for 13 years, and yield exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc fruit year after year.

The wine displays a sophisticated complexity and extraordinary grace. This particular vintage is renowned for its petite berries, characterised by a decreased skin-to-juice ratio, outstanding quality, and significantly reduced yields.

Notes of blackcurrant, red liquorice, fresh fig, and traces of clay dust and leather add depth to this precisely crafted, seamless wine with enticing tension. Medium to full-bodied, it boasts a refreshing acidity and supple, cocoa-powdered tannins. The finish is poised, with hints of pencil lead and spiced French oak that linger flawlessly.
