Sourced from four single vineyards in Geelong, two in the Moorabool Valley (Hillside Haven & Springbank) and two from the Bellarine (Hat Rock & Suma Park)

Tasting Note: Exquisite bouquet with succulent strawberries, ripe red cherries, and tart cranberries. Soft notes of violet and rose petals add a delicate floral touch. Underlying cinnamon mingles with a hint of vanilla from oak aging. Medium-bodied with a silky-smooth texture that glides effortlessly, thanks to a fresh acidity that adds freshness and balance to the wine's vibrant raspberries, tangy red currants, and luscious pomegranate fruitiness.

Maree Collis and Ray Nadeson are not your average winemaker/owners of a boutique winery. Both were initially trained as research scientists and hold PhD degrees in chemistry and medicine, respectively.
