Tasting Note: In its infancy, this wine is marked by an impressive finesse and elegance, offering delicate nuances of white and balsamic flowers as well as gentle suggestions of apricot and almond. As it matures, the mineral notes become more prominent, giving the wine a unique complexity, marked by hints of iodine, spices, and candied fruit. Its captivating savoury side and lively acidity create an effect that envelops and enlivens the entire palate.
