With a beautiful yield, we have produced a powerful wine, very aromatic, that presents a perfect alcohol-sugar-acidity balance and an impressive purity of botrytis. In the mouth, we find the pink grapefruit, lemon confit, notes of apricot, an opulence supported by a very roasted botrytis.
