The Blanc de Blancs is formed from only the very finest parcels of Chardonnay and aged for a minimum of four years.

This will continue to mature and develop over the coming years so no need to rush to drink all of your bottles at once.

Tasting Note: Pale golden colour with gentle green hues and delicate bubbles, this displays the pure character of Chardonnay - white stone fruit, citrus, and a delicious honeyed character on the nose; clean and mineral flavours with pastry and brioche notes on the palate. It has a well balanced and refreshing acidity that gives way to a creamy mouthfeel and long, complex finish.

Hattingley Valley

From its birth as a farm diversification project back in 2008, Hattingley has grown to become one of the leading wineries in the UK, based in rural Hampshire (just down the round from Caviste!).

The Robinson family made their initial steps in 2008 by planting the first vineyard on some of the farmland, but had no idea that it would lead to where it has, today.

Now, their site has a purpose-built, eco-friendly winery, that was constructed under the guidance of their Head Winemaker and Director, Emma Rice.

They are serious - and seriously good - winemakers, but they love to have a little fun , so expect the unexpected, embrace the unconventional, throw off the shackles of tradition and try the remarkable wines of Hattingley Valley.
