Experience the finesse of a white wine crafted from the finest Palomino Fino grapes sourced from an esteemed Albariza vineyard in Jerez de La Frontera, Spain.

This exceptional wine is made using traditional methods dating back 200 years, with fermentation in "bota" barrels and aging under a delicate "flor" veil for eight months. A perfect blend of tradition and innovation, this wine is a true work of art.

The grapes underwent a gentle pressing before being fermented with natural yeasts in traditional American oak barrels known as "bota." Due to the small size of the 600 L tanks, the temperature was naturally regulated. After aging for 8 months on the lees under a layer of "flor," the wine was filled to 5/6 of barrel capacity to encourage yeast growth.

Tasting Note: Navazos-Niepoort 2020 is a wine with an unusually fruity character of citrus and apricot, marked by aging under "flor." With typical Jerez aromas such as limestone and chalk dust notes, it's a wine full of character, vibrant, fresh, and with surprising acidity. Full-bodied yet not heavy, dry but not aggressive, it's an incredibly food-friendly wine.
