2012 Bressia Monteagrelo Profundo
Bressia’s Profundo is a blend of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, grown in the Luján de Cuyo region of Mendoza, then matured for 10 months in French and American oak barrels. Profundo is then aged in bottle in the winery cellar for 12 months to shape and refine its tannins. Dark fruits, liquorice, tar, peppery spice make this wine cry out for red meat as an accompaniment. 13.5%
