Tasting Note: The color is a pale straw yellow and the scent is subtle and fresh. The flavor is dry, lean, and harmonious, with hints of citrus, white flowers, pear, banana, Golden apple, licorice, and acacia blossom. The finish is long and tingly, with good acidity.
