2020 Domaine Christian Moreau Chablis Grand Cru 'Les Clos'
This Grand Cru, the most renowned appellation of Chablis, boasts a southern exposure and a rich Kimmeridgian layer; its rocky terrain is characterised by white and dense clays.
This 3-hectare parcel is a single, uninterrupted stretch of land that spans from the lowest to the highest point of the hill. Picked and vinified as three distinct parcels (the bottom, the middle, and the top), then blended together to create one exquisite cuvée.
The vines, have an average age of 50 to 60 years.
