A classic "Rhine Riesling" that carries the lightness, elegance and minerality of the limestone floors.

After selective harvesting in several stages, the berries were lightly crushed in the cellar and left in their juice for 12 hours to achieve better aroma extraction. The must was fermented with natural yeasts from the vineyard for 6 weeks in 90% stainless steel and 10% older wooden barrels (German oak) and bottled in March 2023 after 5 months of full yeast storage.
