Situated within a south-easterly clay-limestone terroir, this vineyard boasts a chiefly clay-based composition. Enjoying a favourable orientation, the vines acquire intense ripeness. Precision pruning is necessary to protect the 80+ year old vines.

Tasting Note: The fragrance of blackberry and other dark fruits, distinct to the Côte de Nuits, is open and inviting, with a pleasant hint of toasted bread. On the palate, it is full of fruit, intense and intricate. Additional earthy and blueberry flavours. Tannins are skilfully integrated into the wine, which is graceful and lasting.
