During Christian's life, career and travels, he has developed a deep appreciation for the Cabernet-dominant blends crafted in Australia during the 1970s and 1980s.

He has a deep appreciation for the wines that his father cherished: Cabernet Malbec blends that were deep purple colour, robust tannins, velvety dark fruit.

As a token of gratitude for his unwavering guidance, the Good Shepherd Malbec was created just for him.

Tasting Note: Beautiful dark magenta colour. Black cherry, pomegranate, blue fruit all evident on the nose. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a spectrum of plum, blackberries and cocoa. Excellent acidity and a little grip make this wine a great ‘drink now’ choice. As always, plenty of flavour on the follow through.
