The super rare Romorantin grape is unique to Cheverny and was introduced in the sixteenth century by King Francis I. A cousin to Chardonnay it resembles a fine Chablis but with textured aromatic notes enhanced by a few months in used French oak barrels. Enjoy a classic white wine that is rare and a little different
