Crafted from grapes sourced from the Valle Hermoso vineyard, a mere 12 km from the Pacific Ocean.

The vineyard's gentle hills, combined with its close proximity to the coast, offer a cooler climate that lends unique qualities to the grapes. The vineyard, managed with biodynamic practices, ensures natural balance and allows the roots to thrive in the granite-rich and mica-laced soils.

Harvest began on 11th March, based on the biodynamic calendar, with cool, dry weather resulting in a high quality vintage. Careful selection and gentle processing preserved the grapes' aromas and delicate flavours.

The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for 4 months, with some of the must aged in concrete or French oak barrels to enhance the wine's texture and mineral notes.

Tasting Note: A pale yellow colour with subtle green undertones. Its intricate aromas of citrus, ripe tropical fruit, and hints of saltiness and spice, characteristic of coastal climates, create a luxurious and refined experience. On the palate, this wine is invigorating and concentrated, with a crisp finish and fruity flavours enhanced by a delicate mineral touch.
