There aren't enough examples of Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of bottle age in the world. It is a grape that can be enjoyed in the vibrancy of youth but, when treated with the care of Hans Herzog, it ages gracefully and takes on a whole new character.

Handcrafted in tiny quantities for an incomparable artisan Sauvignon. Untamed, with a longer than usual skin contact for complexity and texture. Made with natural fermentation in barrel - without any additions - and many months on the fine lees for its famous silkiness.

Tasting Note: Dry and explosively rich, the pinnacle of a stately Sauvignon Blanc. A dance of dried flowers, light white peach, and a touch of exotic fruits. A harmonious expression of Sauvignon Blanc, reminiscent of a truly mouth-watering graves with class and composure.
