A small family concern crafting Pinot Noir blends from their own 'Grand Cru' vineyards in Aÿ - also home to Bollinger but Lallier's cellars are much older. Champagne Lallier Grand Cru Brut NV is 65% Pinot Noir from Grand Cru sites in Aÿ blended with 35% Chardonnay from Grand Cru sites in Avize - a rarity.
