Day One: Happy New Year from Champagne!
Hello from the first of our stops on the latest Caviste 'Adventure of Wine'.
Mark and Bill ventured under the Channel on the Eurotunnel this morning, stopping off at Champagne Germar Breton en route to Burgundy. They obviously had to grab a glass of the good stuff - at source - while posing for the obligatory picture. Plenty more of those to come.
We shall keep you updated of their travels through our socials.
Please do read about the trip which has started in Champagne and shall be followed by 15 producers throughout Burgundy, the Jura, and Epernay, over the next four days.
