We are delighted to welcome Thom Fowler as the new store manager for Caviste Newlyns. Thom travels up and across from Salisbury each morning where he lives with his young family, having previously worked for both Majestic Wine and the Oxford Wine Company where he managed one of the three stores. He has already met many Caviste customers during an unusually busy August with so many enjoying ‘staycations’ and needing good bottles to enjoy with their home cooking. Like all Caviste employees Thom enjoys his food and boasts his ability as a chef. He is revelling in the wide range of new wines that Caviste has to offer and his wine of the moment?
