Thörle Kalk & Kreide

Saulheim, Germany | Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc

"A brand new wine that’s arrived today! This blend of 55% Chardonnay & 45% Pinot Blanc is from some of the best plots in Saulheim. Plump and voluptuous notes of butterscotch, white peach & gently toasted almonds intermingle with freshly baked brioche.” - Ethan (Caviste Newlyns)

Moorooduc Estate Robinson Pinot Noir

Mornington Peninsular, Australia

“Easily mistaken for a Premier Cru Volnay, the wine is classic soft, ripe Pinot but with keen balancing acidity and delightful light tannins. Made from a single vineyard on the Old Moorooduc Road.” - Mark (MD)

Skipskop Petit Verdot

Napier, South Africa

“This wine has quite a following in Overton and it’s perfect to drink with BBQ’d beef or lamb steaks this weekend. Decant one hour before serving and then enjoy the dark brambly fruits, soft tannins and a little bit of spice.” - Rachel (Caviste Overton)

Buckingham Palace Coronation Gin

Hampshire, England

“You can’t beat a G&T in the garden can you? This drop from Buckingham Palace is made using botanicals from the palace gardens itself. Distilled just down the road from our Newlyns shop. Soft, delicate, naturally sweet and floral. Add some strawberries and mint for a fitting tipple to toast His Majesty” - Will (The Spirits Room)

Cantine Povero Dianae Barbera d`Asti

Piedmont, Italy

“The barbeque is coming out this weekend! A marinated leg of lamb will be washed down with this. The power to take on barbeque flavours and the right level of acidity to cut though the sweet, fatty meat” - Pete (Purchasing & Logistics)

Nierpoort Poeirinho

Bairrada, Portugal | Baga

“I’m reflecting on our history. So, an ode to the Old Allies! Portugal. A country whose wine and port has been so integral to our navies and armies. A wine of distinction, poise and character. 100 year old Baga vines, its like a supple Pinot Noir and a spicy Syrah. Totally unique.” - Bill (Caviste Newlyns)

Domaine FL La Croix Picot Savennières

Loire Valley, France | Chenin Blanc

“Savennières is one of the most under-rated wine styles (in my humble opinion). A lovely creamy structure and velvety aromas. Green apple, peach, honey, vanilla, and a slightly mineral finish” - Alex (E-Comms)

Quinta de Sant’Ana Late Harvest

Mafra, Portugal | Riesling

“I love Bill’s sentiments… but I can’t think about much less than my upcoming trip to visit the wonderful folks at Quinta de Sant’Ana. This is sweet and lovely, with honey, apricots, and a wonderful freshness. This will be part of our picnic for sure!” - Susanna (Events)
