From the Rubin Brestovitsa Single Vineyard in the Thracian Valley.
The wine has had 10 months in 40% Bulgarian and 60% French oak barrels.
Tasting Note: A deep and dark ruby hue, this hand-pressed Rubin exudes aromas of pronounced red fruit, raspberry, and black cherry. Boasting a medium to full-bodied profile with medium tannins, this red is distinguished by intense notes of dark chocolate, spices, and vanilla, culminating in a lengthy finish.
