The 2023 Sandrone Dolcetto Alba is a youthful, fragrant expression of the timeless Dolcetto grape, crafted in the Langa style with pleasant simplicity and undeniable regional character.

Produced by Sandrone Luciano, a family rooted in the Langhe with a heritage that marries tradition and modernity, this wine is a testament to their enduring passion for the land.

Using spontaneous fermentation from indigenous yeasts, the winemaking process begins with separate vinifications of each of the estate’s eleven Dolcetto parcels. The grapes, harvested from vineyards perched on the highest hills of Barolo with “white soils” rich in limestone, are carefully macerated and fermented in open steel tanks. Following this, the best lots are assembled in an “assemblaggio” according to Langa tradition and aged in bottle for three months before release.

This wine is special not only for its immediate, vibrant fragrance but also for the centuries-old pact between the Dolcetto vine and the Langa hills. Its production on steep, high-altitude sites and meticulous handling result in a wine that is both elegant and versatile. Ideal for daily enjoyment or celebrations.
