The grapes for this wine were hand-picked from 15-year-old vines in a single four-hectare vineyard near General Todorov. The volcanic, clay-rich soils and careful fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks ensured vibrant flavours and structure. Aged for 36 months in Slavonian oak vats and a further 12 months in bottle, this wine is a refined expression of modern Bulgarian winemaking.

Pairing Suggestions: Perfect with roasted lamb, BBQ dishes, pheasant, or ewe’s milk cheeses. Vegetarian options include mushroom risotto or aubergine parmigiana.
