This Grenache stands out for its lifted red fruit perfume. Perfect for fans of European style Grenache and summer sipping.

Winemaking: Grenache vines from Christine’s favourite block grow on deep sand. Hand picked fruit is destemmed, then has a five day cold soak, wild yeast fermentation, gentle basket pressing and maturation for 12 months in old oak for texture.

Pairing Suggestions: Tapenade topped crostini, herb roasted chicken, chargrilled vegetables.

Tasting Note: Medium bodied with aromas of red cherries, lavender and baking spice. The palate is long and fresh, with fine tannins and balanced acidity that invite another sip.
