Crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, this sparkling rosé undergoes traditional whole-bunch pressing and fermentation. Aged on lees to develop complexity, the wine is stained with aged Pinot Noir liqueur at disgorging, creating its distinctive colour and enhancing its refined strawberry and floral aromatics.

Pairing Suggestions: Fresh prawns, smoked salmon, duck pâté, or a charcuterie platter.

Tasting Note: Aromas of strawberries, rose petals, and brioche lead to a creamy palate of red berries, soft tannins, and a crisp, balanced finish.
