A bold reinterpretation of Petit Manseng, this 2020 release is a vibrant showcase of Jurançon’s potential: rich, textured, and laced with electric citrus energy.

Grapes were hand-harvested from two distinct sites: Monein’s sunny slopes contributing ripe tropical notes and Lasseube lending a refreshing citrus backbone. Hand-sorted by locals, the grapes were foot-trodden and basket-pressed. Fermentation was slow and deliberate, followed by lees ageing in seasoned French oak barrels with occasional bâtonnage, resulting in a wine of complexity and longevity.

Pairing Suggestions: Perfect with creamy chicken and mushroom dishes, roasted turkey, Ossau Iraty cheese, or a rich vegetable gratin.

Tasting Note: Pronounced tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and ripe peach meet zesty lime and a subtle nuttiness. Luxuriously textured with vibrant acidity and a long finish.
