Crafted from schist-derived, alluvial soils and benefiting from a long, slow ripening season, this Pinot Noir owes its complexity to meticulous vineyard care. The Gibbston vineyard’s unique north-to-south orientation maximises sun exposure, ensuring even ripening. Low yields in 2021 resulted in concentrated, vibrant fruit, while gentle fermentation and careful oak ageing preserved its purity and elegance.

Each bottle is a testament to the cool climate and the artistry of winemaker Jen Parr.
