Arguably the jewel in Dönnhoff’s crown is their iconic Hermannshöhle vineyard, revered for over a century as one of the finest sites in the Nahe. It is here, on black-grey slate and volcanic soils, that Riesling reaches its apex, producing wines of extraordinary elegance, depth, and finesse.

Crafted with precision, only the finest hand-selected grapes from vines up to 70 years old are used for this Spätlese. The fruit undergoes gentle pressing, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve its purity. After months of careful maturation, the wine is bottled, ready to enchant.
