The product's name pays homage to the Compass Box founder's fortuitous encounter in southern Spain, where he first discovered the delights of Sherry. Since then, the blend of whiskies aged in ex-Sherry casks, renowned for their decadent and intense flavours, has become a favourite and remains a staple of our collection.

Tasting Note: Some of Scotland's best distilleries meet Spain's finest sherry casks in this rich, fruity and decadent whisky. A full, sumptuous style offering citrus peel, wine-soaked pears, mulling spices, panna cotta, berries and cherries.
