From Utah's first legal distillery since 1870 comes the Double Rye! A blend of column and pot-still Rye whiskies, aged a minimum of two years. Curated to highlight the wonderful, bold spice character that comes from high rye whiskies, this unique blend creates a characterful, bold whiskey, combined with a refreshing botanical brightness.

Double Rye stands on its own in cocktails, but is great served neat, with a little water, or on the rocks. Its spirited flavour fortifies classic cocktails like the Manhattan and Old Fashioned. We recommend it for most occasions - sipping it in solitude by a campfire, savouring with favourite old friends, or sharing it with a good-looking stranger. 

Tasting Notes: The nose pops with mint, clove, cinnamon, liquorice root, pine nuts, and rich dark chocolate, all sprinkled with a fun twist of gin botanicals. On the tongue, spicy rye jumps out first, followed by refreshing waves of menthol, mint, and eucalyptus, rounded off with herbal tea sweetened by wildflower honey and a dash of allspice. The finish dances with cinnamon and mint, slowly growing sweeter and teasing with a cheeky hint of anise.
