This unpeated single malt is a dazzling blend of rare malt finished in Caribbean rum casks and whiskies matured in Virgin Oak. Tasting Note: Golden in hue, the whisky opens with the tantalising aromas of mango, pineapple, and vanilla cake, layered with caramel custard and an unexpected whisper of sandalwood. On the palate, flavours of toasted spice, coconut, and candied orange lead to a crescendo of toasted oak. The finish is indulgent and rich, with notes of fruit tart, salted toffee, and peach, balanced with chewy tannins that linger. Truly, this is bottled Christmas, a perfect dram to light up the season.
