Produced from selected grapes of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Syrah.

Traditional Mouchão winemaking techniques, including manual harvesting and foot-treading, followed by 18 months of aging in French oak and older barrels, and a further 18 months in bottle prior to release to market, all contribute to its unique character.

Tasting Note: Deep garnet hue with aromas of dark fruits, plum conserve, spearmint and spices with the typical bouquet of Touriga Nacional. Wonderfully balanced and full-bodied, exhibiting surprising vivacity and sturdy, vivacious tannins guaranteeing its aging potential. Though it has the capacity to mature, the Mouchao Ponte Tinto is sublime in its youth.
